Invest / Buy-In

Our goal is to match you with your perfect rental investment home to maximize your return on investment. Once you find the right property, review the current market value and monthly rental note. You can begin investing using a bank account, bank card, PayPal or Ethereum. Be sure to use our calculator to receive an estimate of your monthly dividends and ROI! 

Hold Period?

Only if you want to. Each investment, or "buy-in," has a max hold time of 1 year. However, you can cash-out whenever you want to. Emergency bill? No problem. Got a little too crazy at the casino on vacation? We get it. We don't ask questions- this is your money, you can access it whenever you want to. 

Collect Passive Income

Once you've invested, your work is done; leave the rest to us! Every month you will receive monthly income from the rental income equivalent to your ownership equity. For example, $5,000 invested into a $200,000 will reward you with 2.5% equity in the home and 2.5% monthly dividends of the rental income. If the monthly rent is $1200, you'll receive $30 every month until we sell the home or you sell your equity, whichever comes first. So $5,000 will make you $360 a year, or 7.2% ROI.

Sell Your Equity

12 months after the initial buy-in we will automatically cash you out if you haven't already by buying your equity back at the updated market value of the home of you invested in. But don't forget, you don't have to wait a year. Cash out whenever you want to by selling your equity back to us for current market value for instant liquid capital. In the last 5 years, most homes appreciated 16.8% per year, so if you invested in the above house for one year and then decided to cash out, your $5000 would yield you $5840 plus the $360 you received in monthly revenue for a total of $6200, or 24% ROI on a one year investment.
